TaniqWind Pro is a professional CAD/CAM filament winding software, which sets itself apart by its professional GUI, optimized workflow, powerful design panels, advanced post-processor generator and integration of process variables, and, last but not least, the support by a team of winding experts.
TaniqWind Pro has several unique features, such as the Layer Design panel providing an optimized workflow for designing pressure vessel layers. It is also the only software having a dedicated robotic post-processor, that enhances your robotic filament winding capabilities. Focusing on our users’ requirements, our team of winding experts continuously improve the software with a six week release cycle.
To meet the requirements of different user groups, the TaniqWind Pro software is divided into three packages Lite, Extended, and Full. The functionality of these packages is based on the design of typical applications such as tubes and poles, pressure vessels and full axisymmetric parts.
For manufacturing the user can select their winding equipment, thereby defining robotic or CNC winding, and the number and configuration of the winding axis and tracks.
Additionally, the user can add optional toolboxes to support the design and manufacturing process, such as FEA export toolbox, collision & reachability check, simulation, and other unique features.
